Fresh Fruit Dip
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients

(8 oz.) lemon yogurt

| 1/4 |
cup |
blanched almonds, chopped and toasted
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
grated orange rind
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
orange juice
|
|
|
|
|
apples, sliced
|
|
|
|
|
cantaloupe, cubed
|
|
|
|
|
strawberries
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
